REBUILDING A BRAND FROM A SINGLE LOGO.
Matchfire is part creative agency, part marketing solutions company, part corporate consulting company, part data & innovation company… you get the picture. They're active in a lot of spaces in the industry––largely due to the fact that they all used to exist under separate names and just recently banded together. So when these separate brands hatched a plan to rally under one name, one vision, and one core purpose, all they had was a logo and three brand colors; nothing more was established.
Enter me: tasked with developing Matchfire's new brand look and feel, and in turn figuring out how to use this visual language across multiple environments. Concepts for homepage design, iconography, presentation stylings, and collateral were all developed in a few short weeks to meet the rebranding annoucement deadline.
Due to the sensitive nature of this project, a more detailed case study can be shared in person.
Matchfire's rebrand is about one year along, and the design language has endured and continues to develop. As Matchfire's officially-unofficial "brand designer," I oversee nearly all of the outbound marketing material we send under the agency name to ensure it is up to this new consistent theme.
